The Joglland cross-country skiing trail with a 40 km classic cross-country skiing trail and 20 km skating trail is just a 15 minute drive away.
The ski resort Hauereck St. Kathrein am Hauenstein is just a five minute drive away, and the ski lifts Lammeralm, Alpl, St. Jakob im Walde, Stuhleck and Semmering are also just a 7 to 30 minute drive away.

Mariazell with the Magna Mater Austriae statue in the Mariazell Basilica is by far the most important place of pilgrimage in Austria and it is also significant for many Catholics in the Eastern neighbouring countries.
The Augustinian Monastery of Vorau awaits with a history of over 800 years and age-old tunnel systems that stretch for kilometres and nobody knows who built them, when and why they were built. The monastery dates back to 1163.

From the bean to the chocolate: Experience live how chocolate is made on the exciting tasting tour through the Choco Shop Theatre. You can see into factory production through the glass architecture and you can simultaneously test how the cocoa bean is turned into chocolate at the tasting stations.
Various thermal baths such as Tatzmannsdorf, Loipersdorf, Sebersdorf, Bad Radkersburg etc. can be reached in around 40 minutes.
The Bad Tatzmannsdorf thermal bath was voted wellness thermal bath of the year 2014. This unique treasure rises from a depth of 896 m and reaches the surface at a temperature of 42°.
The composition of sodium, hydrogen carbonate, chloride and mineral thermal water is particularly suitable for regeneration, the treatment of muscle tension and injuries, complaints in the joints, musculoskeletal system and especially the spine. The healing thermal water covers over 1,200 m². Sauna Garden Eden with 16 wellness saunas and Lady’s SPA.
